Help a parent keep up with their health, every day.

If someone in your family is managing a chronic condition, we're building something that might help. Ramona is a daily AI Care Companion that launches through Medicare's new ACCESS program on July 5, 2026. Drop us your email and we'll keep you posted. Bring your parent into the conversation when you're ready — not before.

How this works for your parent

Your parent gets an AI Care Companion on their phone. It checks in every day. It remembers what their doctor said last month. It notices when blood pressure or blood sugar starts drifting off, and it reminds them about their medications without nagging.

The AI follows protocols written by Dr. Jessica Knox, a licensed physician and Ramona's Medical Director. Ramona is not your parent's doctor. When something looks like it needs a medical decision, Ramona shares what it's seeing with their own doctor so they can act on it.

Your parent keeps their current doctor and all their Medicare benefits.

For people who qualify for ACCESS, Ramona covers any cost-sharing for ACCESS services.

How to help them sign up

1

Give us your email

You're the only person we'll be in touch with. No calls, texts, or emails to your parent until you invite us in.

2

We send useful updates

Over the next month or so, we'll share short notes about ACCESS, Medicare, and how Ramona works. We use the zip code you share to keep updates relevant to your area.

3

Bring your parent in when you're ready

When the time is right — and only then — you can forward an update, loop your parent into a call, or help them sign up on their own phone.

Questions from adult children

Do I need my parent's consent?
Not to join the waitlist — you are the only person we'll be in touch with. You do need their consent before they actually enroll in Ramona. We'll walk through that with you when the time comes.
Do you need my parent's contact info?
No. We don't ask for it and we won't use it. When you're ready to bring your parent in, you'll either forward one of our updates or invite them into a conversation on your own terms.
What if my parent is hesitant about apps?
The AI Care Companion is designed for people 65+: larger text, plain language, patient pacing. When your parent decides to try it, a Ramona team member can walk them through setup by phone.
Can multiple family members sign up?
Yes. Each of you can join the waitlist independently and receive the updates. There's nothing to coordinate between accounts until your parent is ready to enroll.
What if my parent has Medicare Advantage?
ACCESS is for Original Medicare only right now. Join the waitlist anyway — we're building a free tier of the Ramona app that will be open to anyone, and your interest helps us work with Medicare Advantage plans to include Ramona as a covered benefit.
