This Privacy Notice describes how Ramona Health Inc ("Ramona," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website (hiramona.com), our AI Care Companion, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
We collect information you provide directly — for example, when you create an account, join a waitlist, submit a partnership inquiry, or communicate with Ramona. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and usage data, to operate and improve the Platform.
We use information to provide and improve the Platform, deliver your care-companion experience, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about the service.
When Ramona acts as a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state law. Your HIPAA rights, including rights to access and amend records, are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the point of care.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers, clinical collaborators, and program partners (for example, CMS under the ACCESS Model) only as needed to deliver the service, meet our obligations, or as required by law.
