By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Ramona Health Inc is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Oakland, California. Ramona provides AI-mediated chronic-care support, supervised by a licensed clinical team led by the company's Medical Director. Ramona is not a replacement for your primary doctor or any other licensed healthcare professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Eligibility for specific services (for example, enrollment in the CMS ACCESS Model) is governed by the rules of each program and is described on the relevant product page.
Content delivered through the Platform is for informational and supportive purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Where a service requires payment, the terms of that subscription are shown at the point of sign-up. To cancel a subscription or request support, email support@hiramona.com.
